Plot Synopsis

Executive produced by Brian Grazer, Ron Howard, and creator Rachel Larsen, THE TINY CHEF SHOW is a stop-motion animation series that features Chef, who introduces and cooks new recipes for the world's tiniest plant-based dishes from his tree-stump home. Each half-hour episode of THE TINY CHEF SHOW, comprised of two stories, welcomes celebrity guests to talk food, friendship and more. Plus, each program features RuPaul as the voice announcer and showcases different ingredients, foods and dishes by Chef with the help from his friends: Olly, a practical and excitable robot who works closely with Chef assisting in the preparation of each episode's dish; Ruby, Chef's beloved caterpillar pet, friend and confidant with a boundless appetite; Henry, a loyal and loving snail who moves slowly around the stump and reveals Chef's Dish of the Day; and Stump Band, the show's very own house band consisting of a fork, spatula and spoon. Live-action guests for Season 1 include: Kristen Bell, Sky & Ocean Brown, Tabitha Brown, Josh Dela Cruz, Josh Gad, Liza Koshy, RZA, That Girl Lay Lay and Keith L. Williams, and more. In the series premiere, "Pancakes; S'Mores," Tiny Chef makes pancakes but loses his confidence when he breaks his special lucky pancake flipping spatula; Tiny Chef makes S'Mores for a campout and overcomes his fear of the dark with help from his friends.
The 22-episode second season of THE TINY CHEF SHOW debuted on Monday, November 20, 2023 at 11am ET/PT on Nickelodeon. Season 2 follows Chef as he embarks on all-new herbivorous adventures and cooks up a fresh assortment of plant-based recipes and bite-sized meals in his tree-stump home. From preparing tea for the Queen Bee, trying his hand at magic and facing his ultimate fear of chopping onions, Chef's kitchen is the place to be. The new season will commence with two brand-new holiday-themed specials: "Fwendsgiving," premiering Monday, November 20, 2023 at 11:30am ET/PT; and "Tiny Chef's Marvelous Mish Mesh Special," on Monday, December 4, 2023 at 11:30am ET/PT.

In "Fwendsgiving," which features special guest Jackie Tohn, Chef prepares a Friendsgiving feast to welcome his friends home, but when a snow storm blows in, he may have to eat alone. In "Tiny Chef's Marvelous Mish Mesh Special," Chef hosts a celebration of everyone's favorite holiday traditions with his celebrity friends: Kristen Bell; Mayim Bialik; Kira Kosarin; Young Dylan; and April Moore (AprilAthena7) and Santa J. Claus. Chef makes his marvelous Mish Mesh cookies, saving one to give to Santa -- except Chef forgot to send Santa his invitation. The episode also features Alan Cumming as the announcer.
