Plot Synopsis

Now in its 23rd year, "Shark Week" is cable's longest-running event and features six new documentaries for 2010: "Ultimate Air Jaws" (Sunday @ 9pm); "Into the Shark Bite" (Sunday @ 10pm); "Shark Attack Survival Guide" (Monday @ 9pm); "Day of the Shark 3" (Monday @ 10pm); "Shark Bite Beach" (Tuesday @ 9pm); and "Shark Bites: Adventures in Shark Week" (Wednesday @ 10pm). The week will be rounded out by some of the most popular and memorable programs from past years. Once again, Discovery educates the public about the plight of sharks around the world through public service announcements (PSAs) produced in conjunction with "Shark Week" marine conservation partner Ocean Conservancy.
