Plot Synopsis

This half-hour live-action children's anthology series is based on and inspired by R.L. Stine, the master of kid horror. Season 3 debuted on Saturday, October 12, 2013 at 7pm ET/4pm PT with back-to-back new episodes. In the new season's first episode, "Seance," Naomi (Julia Sarah Stone) tries to scare her young and naive sister, Carla (Joey King), by setting up what they believe is a fake seance, but they soon realize what was once an old tale is actually real. That episode was immediately followed by "Detention," in which an unlikely group of high-school students spend the afternoon together in detention, where strange things and people start appearing out of no where causing everyone to freak out.

THE HAUNTING HOUR returned for its fourth season on Saturday, October 4, 2014 at 4pm ET/1pm PT, as The Hub aired back-to-back new episodes. In the season opener, "I'm Not Martin," guest Sean Giambrone stars as Sean, a hospital patient set to get his tonsils removed, but fears the cursed hospital may have other plans that include amputating his foot. Then, in the night's second episode, "Grandpa's Glasses," guest Mason Cook stars as Bo, a curious boy who accompanies his mother to his deceased grandfather's home. After trying on his grandfather's glasses, he realizes they may not be alone in the house as a sinister spirit seems to be lurking about. Subsequent episodes will feature these guest stars: China Anne McClain (Nov 8), Luke Benward (Nov 1), Nolan Gould (Nov 15), Joey King (Nov 29), Freya Tingley (Oct 25) and Margot Kidder (Oct 18).
