Plot Synopsis

Each week, the hosts of REAL LIFE 101 explore new professions, taking viewers on the job to reveal why these professionals love what they do. Aimed at teens and young adults, this weekly, syndicated, half-hour series features a wide variety of careers -- from doctors, lawyers and veterinarians to career counselors, drug counselors, Lipizzaner stallion trainers and special effects wizards. REAL LIFE 101 returned for its fifteenth season the week of August 31, 2015, airing the following weekend in most broadcast markets (check local listings). The Season 15 opener takes a look back at viewers' favorite interviews from the previous year. This special episode goes back to the newsroom where the news director of a TV station filled Shawn in on some of the job opportunities in the fast-paced TV news industry. Then, it revisits the beautifully landscaped home where a landscape architect met up with Gracey and shared with her how he designed the awesome outdoor spaces. Finally, this episode takes a look back at Shawn's interview with a mounted patrol officer.
