Plot Synopsis

The series features a privileged and powerful set of New York socialites as they juggle their careers and home lives with busy calendars packed with charity fund-raising galas, the social whirl of the Hamptons, and interviews for elite private schools. These driven and ambitious women show everyone what it takes to make it in the upper echelon of society, where money and status are an essential way of life.

For Season 5, Countess LuAnn de Lesseps, Sonja Morgan and Ramona Singer welcome Aviva Drescher, Carole Radziwill and Heather Thomson as they navigate their hectic lifestyles of jam-packed social calendars, careers, children and city living. In the premiere, Sonja kicks things off with a party to mingle with Aviva, Carole and Heather, where Aviva learns that a couple of her "new" friends have had relations with her ex-husband. Meanwhile, Heather and Carole try to figure out who to trust and not. Picking up right where they left off, LuAnn is still annoyed with Ramona about the disparaging comments she made last season about LuAnn's parenting.

RHONY returned for its sixth season on Tuesday, March 11, 2014 at 9pm ET/PT on Bravo. Aviva, Sonja, Carole, Ramona, and Heather are all back for Season 6, and they are joined by model and businesswoman Kristen Taekman. Plus, Countess LuAnn de Lesseps appears in a recurring role. Season 6 follows the ladies as they mix business with pleasure, party like rock stars, summer in the Hamptons and allow their emotions to get the best of them any chance they get. The ladies also find themselves as fish out of water when they leave the safety of Manhattan for more rustic locales like a cabin in the Berkshires and a glamping trip to Montana. In the Season 6 finale, Sonja must confront both Harry and LuAnn about their alleged night together after being swooned and then ditched at Carole's birthday party. Kristen pulls some matrimonial strings to get a modeling job. When Aviva returns to the group for the first time in weeks, insults, accusations, and body parts fly.

The seventh season of RHONY premiered on Tuesday, April 7, 2015 at 9pm ET/PT on Bravo, with Bethenny Frankel returning after a three-season hiatus to join Carole Radziwill, Heather Thomson, Kristen Taekman, LuAnn de Lesseps, Ramona Singer, Sonja Morgan, and new housewife Dorinda Medley. The name of the game in season seven is change as the ladies face betrayal, crumbling marriages, new love and endless wild nights. Bethenny struggles with finalizing her divorce, looking for a new place to live and coping with being a single mother. In another emotional journey, Ramona's 25-year relationship with Mario ends as she looks to her longtime friend, Dorinda, for support. Meanwhile, Dorinda is also in the process of moving forward with her life after the passing of her husband more than three years ago. She is in a new relationship, but her friends and daughter question if he is Mr. Right or just Mr. Right Now. One woman who never seeks anyone's approval is Carole. Her love life is in full bloom with a hot younger chef, but a call from overseas sends her off to deal with her past. Sonja, frustrated by the lack of encouragement for her businesses from the ladies last year, is on a mission to prove that she is not only a socialite, but also a serious businesswoman. Cleaning house, LuAnn is selling her Hamptons home and taking a closer look at the friendships that are not working in her life. Kristen and Josh have a newfound appreciation for each other as Kristen sets her sights on expanding business opportunities.

Season 8 of RHONY premiered on on Wednesday, April 6, 2016 at 9pm ET/PT on Bravo, as new Housewife Julianne "Jules" Wainstein joins Bethenny Frankel, Carole Radziwill, Dorinda Medley, Luann de Lesseps, Ramona Singer, and Sonja Morgan. This tumultuous season is marked by the pursuit of love: the ladies who have it are trying to keep it, and the ones who don't are trying to get it. It's a season of new beginnings for the women. Bethenny is officially ready to start dating again while taking her Skinnygirl empire to the next level, but unexpected health issues threaten to derail her plans. Embracing a new chapter in her life, Ramona is single and ready to mingle -- but first she has to sharpen her dating skills. Dorinda continues to grow in her relationship with John but constantly finds herself defending it to others, leaving her torn between her heart and her friends. Carole is enjoying her growing romance with her younger beau, Adam, but needs to come to grips with what their relationship truly means. With her daughter away at boarding school, Sonja is experiencing empty-nest syndrome as she focuses her sights on rebuilding friendships and tackling new business ventures. Recently engaged Luann couldn't be happier with her new relationship, but unsettling rumors surrounding her behavior put her on the outs with most of the ladies. Stay-at-home mom and socialite Jules is new to the mix, but she's no stranger to mixing things up. With two young kids taking all of her attention, Jules strives to start a business while leaning hard on her husband, Michael, to be more supportive.

The ninth season of RHONY premiered on Wednesday, April 5, 2017 at 9pm ET/PT on Bravo, as Bethenny Frankel, Carole Radziwill, Dorinda Medley, Luann de Lesseps, Ramona Singer and Sonja Morgan are back alongside new housewife Tinsley Mortimer. In the new season, Bethenny is healthy and happy, and the little pieces of her life are coming back together now that she is finally divorced - but a feud with Ramona threatens her peace. Meanwhile, age is nothing but a number as Ramona celebrates her birthday looking better than ever. She's dating and teaching the other ladies how to pick up men. After taking some heat for living in Bethenny's shadow, Carole makes a strong effort to build her relationship with the other women, leading to some surprising connections. Tension between Dorinda and Sonja is at an all-time high, with Sonja making accusations about Dorinda's personal life. Dorinda may forgive, but she never forgets. Sonja is caught in a love triangle and must decide whether to go with the man who moves her heart or the man who moves her other parts. And new housewife Tinsley Mortimer, still reeling from a shocking run-in with the law, returns to the Big Apple, where it all began for her. Tinsley's ready to start her next chapter, but will the girl who once had it all get it all back again?

Season 10 of RHONY premiered on Wednesday, April 4, 2018 at 9pm ET/PT on Bravo. This season, Bethenny is hyper focused on her businesses and her humanitarian efforts in Puerto Rico, but burning the candle at both ends leaves little time for a personal life. Meanwhile, Luann is picking up the pieces after her marriage to Tom fell apart, but when a trip to Palm Beach ends with a night of bad choices, her future is threatened. On the flip side, Sonja is trying to get her life back on track after a summer of detoxing and distancing herself from the women, but old habits die hard and her feud with Tinsley is alive and well. Tinsley is finally acclimated to being back in NY, but when her fairytale romance with Scott hits a rough patch, her happily ever after starts to come tumbling down. Along those lines, Dorinda wants to create something new that is not tied to the past, and considers life without being in a relationship, but first she must put Sonja in her place. Carole prepares for her first marathon and gains a new sense of purpose and confidence, as tension starts to show between her and Bethenny. Additionally, while Ramona still has a tumultuous relationship with Bethenny and just can't seem to win her over, she has also caught the decorating bug, and is revamping her Hamptons home to close the final chapter on her life with Mario. In the season opener, "Gouls Just Wanna Have Fun," newly divorced Luann sits down with Dorinda and starts to open up about her relationship with Tom. Meanwhile, Bethenny mourns an unexpected death in the family. Typically reluctant to exercise, Carole preps to run the New York City Marathon. All the ladies reunite when Dorinda throws an epic Halloween party that nobody will forget.

Bravo premieres Season 11 of THE REAL HOUSEWIVES OF NEW YORK CITY on Wednesday March 6, 2019 at 9pm ET/PT. Looking for a fresh start, Dorinda moves into an apartment in midtown. But not all change is good, as she is forced to evaluate her friendship with Luann. Always the hopeless romantic, Tinsley is ready for the next step with Scott, but he may not be on the same page. Also on the love train, Ramona continues her search for Mr. Right, even when old flames threaten to throw her off course. And Barbara Kavovit, a good friend of Luann's who stood by the former countess after her relapse, should fit right in as she is not afraid to speak her mind. Barbara is a successful businesswoman running her own construction company. In the season opener, "Divided, They Summer," it's been one crazy summer for the New York City housewives! Bethenny struggles with the sudden passing of her boyfriend Dennis, while Luann is coming to terms with the fact that she relapsed and had to go back to rehab. Ramona is tackling her fear of the water by taking swim lessons, and Sonja is adjusting to her new apartment. Dorinda has made positive changes in her life, but she has yet to face the tension between her and Luann. They haven't spoken since the incident at Luann's cabaret five months ago.

On Sunday, October 29, 2023 from 9-10:15pm ET/PT, Bravo premiered the finale the two-part Season 14 RHONY reunion. Host Andy Cohen sits down with housewives Sai De Silva, Ubah Hassan, Erin Lichy, Jenna Lyons, Jessel Taank and Brynn Whitfield for their first reunion on a recreated set of Casa Cipriani. Tensions escalate and vulnerabilities break the surface as the reunion continues. Sai opens up about her relationship with her mom. Erin and Sai try to find closure with Jessel. Ubah sets the record straight about the reason she was so upset with Erin in Anguilla. Brynn breaks down when sharing more about her childhood.

Last week (Sunday, October 22) in the reunion debut, the ladies came face to face to discuss the dynamic season. Ubah accused Jenna of being inauthentic. Erin and Sai got to the root of their ongoing squabbles. Brynn expressed her fears about motherhood. Jessel took the women to task for speculating about her marriage.
