Plot Synopsis

PRIMATES is a three-part documentary series that chronicles the many species of primates, from the popular chimpanzee and gorilla, to more obscure species such as the snub-nosed monkey, the slow loris, the tarsier and many others. Airing as part of NATURE, the three episodes include:

"Secrets of Survival" (Wednesday, November 4, 2020): Discover the survival strategies used by primates, often in the most unexpected places.

"Family Matters" (Wednesday, November 11, 2020): Family is everything for primates. Meet devoted monkey dads, playmate apes and tender troops.

"Protecting Primates" (Wednesday, November 18, 2020): Meet the scientists making ground-breaking discoveries to safeguard primates' future.
