Plot Synopsis

Award-winning blogger and best-selling cookbook-author Ree Drummond shares her special brand of home cooking, set against her family life at home on the range. From throw-together suppers to elegant celebrations and from cowboy sandwiches during a cattle drive to cookies for a museum field trip, Drummond shows how she feeds her hunky rancher husband and band of adorable kids.

THE PIONEER WOMAN returned for its sixth season on Saturday, September 21, 2013 at 10am ET/PT, as Ree fixed supreme pizza burgers, quick Italian salad, frozen fruit pops, and French silk pie in the season opener.

Food Network aired the Season 7 premiere of THE PIONEER WOMAN on Saturday, February 8, 2014 at 10am ET/PT, as Ree made two dinners at Drummond Ranch -- one for the kids and the other for grownups. The kids ate Baked Ziti, while Ree made Rib-Eye Steaks With Cowboy Butter, Baked Potatoes with all the fixins and Cheddar Bacon Wedge Salad for the adults.

On Saturday, July 5, 2014 at 10am ET/PT on Food Network, THE PIONEER WOMAN returned for its eighth season. In the Season 8 premiere, Ree made 16-minute meals for breakfast (Croissant French Toast With Maple Whipped Cream and Blackberry Syrup), lunch (Grilled Chicken and Strawberry Salad Wrap) and dinner (Pawhuska Cheesesteaks and Apple Peanut Butter Delight).

Food Network debuted the Season 9 premiere on Saturday, October 25, 2014 at 10am ET/PT, as Ree cooked up four of her favorite tasty treats to share with the people she loves: Pumpkin Cinnamon Rolls for Pastor Ken; sticky sweet Baklava to enjoy over coffee with Grandma Edna Mae; White Chocolate Shortbread Cookies for cookie Sunday at church; and Chocolate-Dipped Strawberries as the perfect birthday gift.

THE PIONEER WOMAN returned for its eleventh season on Saturday, August 1, 2015 at 10am ET/PT on Food Network. In the season opener, "Stanton and Paige," Ree's daughter Paige and her friend Stanton request Chinese food for their sleepover dinner, so Ree whips up Cashew Chicken, Edamame Fried Rice and Quick Pan-Fried Kale. The next morning for breakfast, it's Homemade Granola for Strawberry Granola Pancakes -- splashy, but simple and just perfect for a fun-filled slumber party.

Season 13 of THE PIONEER WOMAN premiered on Saturday, March 19, 2016 at 10am ET/PT on Food Network. In the season opener, "Oh, Baby," there's a new baby on the ranch, so Ree Drummond is taking a trip down memory lane and preparing a new-mom care package full of dishes she was given and plenty of pampering goodies. She includes her friend Beth's Brisket, as well as Funeral Potatoes, where the name is part of the charm! Plus, Angel Food Cake with Buttercream Frosting, Fruit Salad with Spiced Honey and Thyme, and Sweet Almond Crackers.

THE PIONEER WOMAN returned for its fourteenth season on Saturday, July 16, 2016 at 10am ET/PT on Food Network. In the season opener, "Afternoon Tea," Ree and her daughter Paige reminisce about an incredible trip to New York over an afternoon tea party for two! On the menu are divine Ham and Leek Mini Quiches, Garden Spread Finger Sandwiches, Lemon Raspberry Tarts and Mini Doughnut Muffins. To drink, they sip Fancy Hot Chocolate poured over chocolate cup toppers.

Season 16 of THE PIONEER WOMAN premiered on Saturday, April 15, 2017 at 10am ET/PT on Food Network. In the season opener, "All in One," Ree is making non-stop all-in-one wonders! There's a simple Chicken and Dressing Sheet Pan Supper, Lemon, Basil and Shrimp Risotto in a skillet, the easiest Ramen Pho and a layered portable Greek Salad in a Jar.

THE PIONEER WOMAN returned for its 28th season on Saturday, June 5, 2021 at 10am ET/PT on Food Network. The new season kicked off with the "Film Crew Takeout" episode, as Ree cooks up food for her kid crew to take home after a busy day of filming. She makes Alex's Veggie Packed Burritos for her health-conscious daughter and Mauricio's Tortilla Soup for her soon-to-be son-in-law. Then Ree bakes Paige's S'mores Brownies to share with her friends and whips up Stu's Baked BBQ Ribs for her nephew.

On Saturday, September 4, 2021 at 10am ET/PT, Food Network premiered the 29th season of THE PIONEER WOMAN. In the season opener, "Lighter Classics," Ree is in her kitchen giving classic dishes a lighter spin. There are incredible spice-rubbed Grilled Cauliflower Steaks and fully loaded Lightened Up Nachos. She also makes a platter of Mushroom "Cheesesteak" Lettuce Wraps, and plain old mash gets a boost as Garlic Mashed Potatoes.

Season 31 of THE PIONEER WOMAN premiered on Saturday, April 23, 2022 at 10am ET/PT on Food Network. In the season opener, "First Anniversary," Ree is celebrating her daughter Alex and son-in-law Mauricio's first wedding anniversary by cooking recipes inspired by their honeymoon in the Maldives. First, she makes delicious Grilled Vegetable Hand Rolls, followed by Herbed Lemon Pasta with Lobster and Steak Bites. There are luxurious sweet treats, too, like White Chocolate Pistachio Truffles, and to toast the happy couple, Ree's Tropical Tequila Cocktails are a taste of the Indian Ocean, ranch-style.
