Plot Synopsis

This half-hour reality series takes an unfiltered look at the lives, loves and adventures of a tight-knit group of young people in Whistler, BC, offering a unique glimpse beneath the sparkling surface of this resort town. Watch the raw, real-life drama, action, romance and comedy that unfold amid the breathtaking scenery as they follow their hearts and chase their dreams during peak season. The group includes: Stephanie Just, a Whistler native with an unfiltered mouth and a hold-nothing-back personality, is trying to make the leap from amateur snowboarder to the pros; Lauren Horton, an Ontario native who is a scrappy, pull-no-punches type of girl, works as a bartender/server at a local Whistler pub; Matthew James, who hails from Australia and is a recent University graduate with a degree in Commerce, works in the Whistler/Blackcomb Rentals at the Four Seasons Resort; Elle Hetherington, who worked in Whistler last season, returns to Whistler from Australia for a month this season to visit her boyfriend, Matt James; Ian Ross, a swinging bachelor who likes to party like a rock star, came from Halifax to Whistler on a 6-month contract -- four years ago -- and this season works at the Four Seasons Resort; Dre Morel, a Whistler native who managed the classic Whistler skate/snowboard shop, The Circle, for many years, is committing his energy to being a DJ and producing music; Amanda Scheller, a former sponsored snowboarder, moved to Whistler a year ago to be with her boyfriend Dre Morel and bartends at legendary Whistler hotspot Garfinkles while pursuing a newly discovered modeling career. VH1 aired the U.S. premiere of the series on Sunday, February 14 at 11:30PM and broadcast the series almost nightly -- 10 episodes over 11 nights.
