Plot Synopsis

Based on Alexandra Potter's book, "Confessions of a 40-something F**k Up," NOT DEAD YET is a half-hour comedy series that follows Nell Serrano, a broke and newly single self-described disaster, who is working to restart the life and career she left behind five years ago. When she lands the only job she can find -- writing obituaries -- Nell starts getting life advice from an unlikely source. NOT DEAD YET debuted with two episodes on Wednesday, February 8, 2023 on ABC:

"Pilot" (8:30pm): Nell attempts to restart her life in a new place with a new job and a new roommate. She begins writing obituaries at the local paper and starts getting life advice from an unlikely source.

"Not a Tiger Yet" (9:30pm): As Nell tries to settle into her new job, she gets increasingly annoyed by her latest ghost. Meanwhile, Edward works on a project that sparks Nell's journalistic curiosity.

NOT DEAD YET will regularly air on Wednesdays at 9:30pm on ABC.
