Plot Synopsis

Created by Kim Jin-woo and Won Yu-jung, LIKE FLOWERS IN SAND is a one-hour romantic dramedy series that follows a former ssireum wrestling prodigy, Kim Baek-du, who is struggling to find success. His journey begins when competes in a new tournament to find his footing in the ssireum world, where he faces a formidable opponent. He soon finds himself ready to quit -- until he re-encounters an old friend who reignites his passion. LIKE FLOWERS IN SAND debuted on Wednesday, December 20, 2023 on Netflix, with new episodes dropping Wednesdays and Thursdays.
