Plot Synopsis

LEGO MARVEL AVENGERS: CLIMATE CONUNDRUM is a series of digital animated shorts centered on three stories:

"Iron Rivalry" (4 parts): Tony Stark, Bruce Banner and other scientists -- including Tony's rival, Justin Hammer, have gathered to share their world saving technology and compete for the top prize at a climate conference. Unfortunately, the scene quickly descends into chaos when an AIM agent sabotages everyone's inventions! Can Iron Man and Hulk save the scientists from their very own creations? Who will win the top prize?

"Friends and Foes" (3 parts): AIM attacks the Avengers while Justin Hammer steals Tony Stark's powerful new Weather Machine! When Black Widow and Hawkeye arrive to stop them, it becomes a high-tech, high-speed chase through New York City...leading to the villainous Red Skull! Thankfully the Avengers get some help from some super friends: War Machine and Spider-Man!

"Wild Weather" (3 parts): The Avengers must trek across the globe to shut down the network of Stark Weather Towers that are now under the control of Red Skull. It's Captain America and War Machine in the desert, Iron Man and Justin Hammer in the jungle, and Black Widow, Hulk, and Hawkeye in America's farmland! Each mission is full of surprises as the Avengers team up with the most unlikely of heroes.

"Red Skull Rising" (3 parts): Hulk, Black Widow and Hawkeye must protect New York City from severe weather while Iron Man, Captain America and Justin Hammer journey deep within the ocean to find Red Skull and destroy the last weather control tower. Captain America is determined to defeat Red Skull once and for all, so it's up to Iron Man and Justin Hammer to destroy the Weather Machine and save the world!

After the program debuted on the Marvel HQ YouTube channel in October & November 2020 as a series of thirteen 5-minute shorts, Disney XD re-packaged each of the four stories into a half-hour program, airing their linear television premieres on consecutive Sundays at 9pm, beginning November 1 through November 22, 2020. The LEGO YouTube channel then released each story as a single video in December 2020: "Iron Rivalry" (Dec 7); "Friends and Foes" (Dec 10); "Wild Weather" (Dec 12); and "Red Skull Rising" (Dec 15).
