    Season 1

Plot Synopsis

Raylan Givens has all the makings of a 19th-century lawman, but he's a present-day U.S. Marshal. He enforces his own brand of justice, which places him at odds with his bosses in the Marshal service. Because of that conflict, he is reassigned to a District that includes the rural Kentucky town where he grew up. Season 4, which premiered on Tuesday, January 8, 2013 at 10pm ET/PT on FX, didn't feature a villain; instead, Raylan tackled a season-long cold case involving his father, while coming to terms with his ex-wife being pregnant with his child and preventing Boyd from building a criminal empire in his hometown. JUSTIFED returned for its fifth season on Tuesday, January 7, 2014 at 10pm ET/PT on FX, with a 75-minute season opener. In Season 5, Raylan confronted the Crowes, a deadly and lawless family from Florida intent on settling in Harlan with new criminal enterprises in mind. Meanwhile, Boyd struggled to free his imprisoned fiance Ava, as he partnered with the Dixie Mafia's Wynn Duffy. JUSTIFIED returned for its sixth and final season on Tuesday, January 20, 2015 at 10pm ET/PT on FX, as the long brimming conflict between Raylan and Boyd Crowder finally comes to a head by the finale. In the season premiere, Raylan guides Ava through the process of informing on Boyd and tries to turn Boyd's old ally Dewey Crowe against him as well, all while Boyd works to pull off a daring heist right under Raylan's nose.
FX premiered the series finale of JUSTIFIED on Tuesday, April 14, 2015 at 10pm eT/PT. In the series ender, "The Promise," Raylan, Boyd, and Ava fight one last, bloody battle to find out who leaves Harlan alive.
