Plot Synopsis

Created by Vivienne "VivziePop" Medrano, HAZBIN HOTEL is a half-hour animated series that follows Charlie, the princess of Hell, as she pursues her seemingly impossible goal of rehabilitating demons to peacefully reduce overpopulation in her kingdom. After a yearly extermination imposed by angels, she opens a hotel in the hopes that patrons will be "checking out" into Heaven. While most of Hell mocks her goal, her devoted partner Vaggie, and their first test subject, adult-film star Angel Dust, stick by her side. When a powerful entity known as the "Radio Demon" reaches out to assist Charlie in her endeavors, her crazy dream is given a chance to become a reality. Season 1 guest stars include Broadway veterans Darren Criss (Saint Peter), Jeremy Jordan (Lucifer Morningstar), Daphne Rubin-Vega (Carmilla Carmine), Patina Miller (Sera), and Jessica Vosk (Lute). The pilot of HAZBIN HOTEL debuted on YouTube in 2019, and the series officially premiered on Friday, January 19, 2024 on Prime Video, which released the first four episodes. Two installments dropped weekly on Fridays through February 2.

On Friday, February 2, 2024, Prime Video released the final two episodes of HAZBIN HOTEL's first season. In the penultimate episode, "Hello Rosie!," with secrets revealed and the Hotel in the crosshairs, Charlie and Vaggie must do what they can to protect their home from destruction by any means necessary. Then, in the finale, "The Show Must Go On," all bets are off as the confrontation between the legions of Heaven and Hell begins.
