Plot Synopsis

Each year during the National Shooting Sports Foundation's annual Shooting, Hunting, Outdoor Trade (SHOT) Show, the GOLDEN MOOSE AWARDS honor the best and most favorite on-air talent, producers, and design and graphics personnel from Outdoor Channel's programming. The 13th annual event, hosted by Michael Waddell, was held at The Venetian Theatre at The Venetian Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas on Thursday, January 17, 2013 and televised as a 90-minute special on Outdoor Channel on Tuesday, April 2, 2013 at 10:30pm ET. In addition to the awards, the ceremony also featured a live performance by Big & Rich. Previous ceremonies features exclusive live performances by Zac Brown (2012), Blake Shelton (2011), Ted Nugent (2010), Craig Morgan (2009), Kevin Fowler (2008), and Tracy Lawrence (2005).
