Plot Synopsis

FLIPPING OUT WITH MY DAD is a one-hour docuseries that follows daughter-and-father duo Kristyn and Pancho Patterson, as they flip homes together. On Thursday, May 18, 2023 at 10pm ET/PT, HGTV premiered the first episode of the series, but the cable channel had no other installments on its schedule at that time. In this special episode, "Two Houses, One Block," Kristyn convinces Pancho to flip two homes on the same block at the same time. The larger house is almost done while the smaller one has a long way to go, but when cash runs low, the duo must figure out how to complete and sell one of them fast.
