Plot Synopsis

Adventurer and angler Jakub Vagner travels to the remotest regions of the globe in search of the world's biggest fish. On his trek to the Amazon, he's searching for the arapaima -- a river monster that hasn't changed since the Jurassic age and has the ability to snatch birds and monkeys from the surface of the water -- and after days of hiking and canoeing, he nabs the biggest specimen ever. His catch is 10-foot long, has a 5-foot girth, and weighs 325 pounds.
