Plot Synopsis

DOPESICK NATION is a one-hour reality series that follows two recovering addicts, Allie and Frank, who devote their lives to helping fellow addicts in their life-and-death struggle for recovery, rescuing them from the streets and helping them avoid the countless corrupt rehab facilities and sober houses where greed trumps treatment and Millennial addicts have become cash commodities. Frankie and Allie live and work in Delray Beach, Florida, the Rehab Capital of America, which is now referred to by some as the Relapse Capital of America, because it has become Ground Zero in America's current drug crisis. Addicts from all over the country arrive daily in South Florida looking to get clean but instead find one the nation's fastest growing and profitable industries: rehab. In the series opener, "All in the Industry," Frankie works to help Nate, a former recovery advocate-turned-heroin addict, get his life and his son back; meanwhile, Allie tries to help her best friend, Kelly, get a scholarship to rehab.
