Plot Synopsis

On the beautiful craggy island of Ty Kern, off the coast of Brittany, members of well-known local families die in mysterious circumstances. When policewoman Marie Kermeur returns to Ty Kern to marry her childhood sweetheart, Christian Brehat, but the nuptials are put on hold when a tragic death rocks her family. Even though she asks to be put on the case as investigator, the job goes to the mainland's Lucas Fersen instead. Despite the mutual mistrust between Marie and Lucas, a strong attraction grows as they investigate these eerie events, which include lighthouse stones that pour out blood of the island's victims, an apparition, and the discovery of the story about a woman named Marie who washed up on the island's shore in 1968. Broadcast in French with English subtitles, MHz Worldview aired the U.S. premiere of this series on September 5, 2013, showing the six-episode series on consecutive Thursdays at 9pm ET through October 10.
