Plot Synopsis

Dexter Morgan is an affable police forensic pathologist by day and serial killer by night who is obsessed with meting out his own twisted brand of justice by stalking and murdering the guilty. In each season, Dexter usually has at least one main enemy: Brian 'The Ice Truck Killer' Moser (Season 1); Doakes and Lila (Season 2); ADA Miguel Prado (Season 3); Arthur 'The Trinity Killer' Mitchell (Season 4); Jordan Chase, Stan Liddy and Joey Quinn (Season 5); and Travis 'The Doomsday Killer' Marshall (Season 6). In Season 7, Dexter works with Hannah McKay, an independent woman with a past that she's struggled to put behind her, at Miami Metro Homicide, and he begins to wonder if there's more to this woman than she's professed. Plus, Debra is still reeling from seeing Dexter kill Travis Marshall, so brother and sister attempt to reconcile while struggling to cover up their involvement with the murder, leading Debra to attempt to cure Dexter of his killer tendencies.
