Plot Synopsis

From relative obscurity and a seemingly normal life, to overnight success and thrust into the Hollywood limelight overnight, the D'Amelios are faced with new challenges and opportunities they could not have imagined. Charli, who at 16 became one of the biggest celebrities with over 150 million followers combined and #1 on the TikTok platform in less than a year, has the world at her fingertips and is working to balance fame and family, life with dancing, running a budding empire, making new friends in LA and battling the naysayers online. Her sister Dixie, is now 19 and experiencing her own overnight rise to fame with over 78 million followers combined, one of the fastest growing YouTube channels and ranked within the Top 10 Most Followed Creators on TikTok. Dixie is now pursuing a music career in LA. For mom Heidi and dad Marc, raising teenagers is hard enough before adding in a cross-country move, supporting their daughters' dreams and doing the best they can to stay close as a family and protect their girls from the dark side of fame, while also trying to adjust to life in Hollywood. The entire eight-episode first season of THE D'AMELIO SHOW dropped on Friday, September 3, 2021 on Hulu.

The sophomore season of THE D'AMELIO SHOW dropped on Wednesday, September 28, 2022 on Hulu, as the streaming service released the first two episodes of the new season. Two episodes dropped each Wednesday through October 26. Dixie and Charli struggle to separate their own self-love and identity from their online presence. Marc and Heidi parent in uncharted territory, as they try to protect their family from new pitfalls at every turn. With their spectacular rise comes one-in-a-lifetime opportunities from business to personal relationships, but can they hold on to what matters most-staying together as a tight-knit family? In the season opener, "Somewhere to Start," Charli secretly considers a new creative pursuit while Dixie prepares for her first tour. Dixie and Noah face uncertainty as their careers grow. Charli agrees to come out of dance retirement in a big way.

Season 3 of THE D'AMELIO SHOW debuted on Wednesday, September 20, 2023 on Hulu, which released the first two installments of the 10-episode new season. Two new episodes drop weekly on Wednesdays through October 18. While the outside world beckons with bigger and better opportunities for the D'Amelios, their toughest challenges come from within their own relationships. Sisters Dixie and Charli experience their highs and lows together, but without Marc and Heidi to mediate, things come to a head when they can't see eye-to-eye. Charli has leapt from phone screens to performing live, but young love and family strife take center stage. Dixie, newly in her single era, is living large as a young celebrity in Hollywood, but will the high life bring her down? And with their futures on the line, the D'Amelios work to build their family business into an empire, but are Dixie and Charli yearning for more independence.

On Wednesday, October 18, 2023, Hulu released the final two episodes of Season 3. In the penultimate episode, "Wait, They Broke Up?," Dixie wants to be #1 again and will do whatever it takes to win a team triathlon. Charli is forced to face her fear of driving under duress, and second-guesses her future -- in business and in love. In the season ender, "Not As Picture Perfect As It Seemed," Charli sets aside heartache for the launch of D'Amelio Footwear, but finally takes control of her life when she escapes for some teenage normalcy. Dixie suffers a terrifying medical crisis and must reassess what it means to love and care for herself.
