Plot Synopsis

Hosted by Prajakta Koli, COMEDY PREMIUM LEAGUE is a 40-minute series that features 16 of India's wittiest entertainers competing in teams to be named the ultimate comedy champs. In six episodes, they have to use everything they got to be the team that takes the cup home by excelling in multiple formats of comedy, including improv, skit, stand-up, punchlines, presentation comedy, and roast. The four teams are:

Lovable Langoors: Amit Tandon (captain), Samay Raina, Rytasha Rathore & Aadar Malik.

Naazuk Nevle: Mallika Dua (captain), Rahul Subramanian, Urooj Ashfaq & Rahul Dua.

Gharelu Gilaharis: Kenny Sebastian (captain), Prashasti Singh, Kaneez Surka & Aakash Gupta.

IDGAF Iguanas: Sumukhi Suresh (captain), Tanmay Bhat, Rohan Joshi & Sumaira Shaikh.

The first four episodes of COMEDY PREMIUM LEAGUE dropped on Friday, August 20, 2021 on Netflix, and the streaming service releases the final two episodes one week later on Friday, August 27.
