Plot Synopsis

Camera crews ride along with the campus cops or the police of the local town as they monitor campus parties, keep the peace at sporting events, address multiple security issues, patrol bar brawls, and arrest possible suspects -- all part of the ongoing challenge of keeping students safe. This series focuses on smaller college towns, like Texas State University - San Marcos, where the show follows the San Marcos Police Department (but not university police). CAMPUS PD also visits colleges in: Tallahassee, Florida; Cincinnati, Ohio; Chico, California; Greenville, North Carolina; and many other university towns.
