Plot Synopsis

Hosted and executive produced by Sherrod Small and Christian Finnegan, BLACK AND WHITE is a weekly, half-hour talk show that tackles current and relevant stories in the news through the prism of race -- and uses comedy to diffuse the tension. Utilizing sketch, parody and social experiments, this series shines a light on the state of race in America. Taped in front of a studio audience, each 30-minute episode of BLACK AND WHITE focuses on a different theme and features celebrity guests and commentators. In the series premiere, Sherrod and Christian break down racial profiling in the headlines. Jim Gaffigan and Charlamagne Tha God stop by to provide their take on the night's theme. Later, comedian, Negin Farsad, joins the conversation for a third-party perspective.
