Plot Synopsis

BITE THIS is a half-hour reality series that follows Nadia G and the Bitchin' Crew -- Panos, the Spice Agent, and Hans -- as they travel across the United States to learn techniques from local chefs in America's culinary meccas. From downtown Los Angeles for inventive Indian-fusion to the countryside of Burlington, VT for mouthwatering bacon marmalade pizza, Nadia G and crew visit gastropubs, restaurants and eateries learning how to prepare the most delicious dishes on the menu. In each 30-minute episode, BITE THIS focuses on a single city or region, including: Los Angeles, where they check out an outrageous Indian-fusion Poutine with Chicken Tikka at downtown gastropub Badmaash, the freshest and tastiest Lobster Roll at Blue Plate Oysterette in Santa Monica, and Father's Office in Culver City to taste master chef Sang Yoon's Office Burger; Vermont, where Nadia G and the gang shkoff a bacon marmalade pizza at Burlington's Barrio Bakery, custom design a Mac 'n' Cheese with pulled pork and bacon-wrapped Jalapenos at Our House Bistro in Winooski, and stuff their faces with a buffalo chicken wing-inspired fried chicken sandwich named after a local punk band at Misery Loves Company; Hamptons, where the crew taste the freshest seafood on Long Island -- a Montauk Clam chowder at The Dock Bar & Grill, Fried Ice Cream at Mr. John's Pancake House, and a Lobster Tempura Roll at Northeast; Harlem/Bronx, where Miss G visits The Cecil for Fried Guinea Hen, Dough Loco for Raspberry Sriracha and Maple Miso doughnuts, and Zero Otto Nove for Baked Al Forno Rigatoni with Meatballs and Sopressata; Atlantic City, where they test their luck with a Philly Cheesesteak at Tony Boloney's, the Famous Red Velvet Funnel Cake at Morey's Pier's La Bakerie, and Crabcakes and Slaw at Steve & Cookie's; and many more towns where Nadia G. gets a sneak peek at how local chefs make their tastiest dishes. Plus, along the way, the Bitchin' Crew uncovers the secrets of aging beef and pickling, the mystery behind flavors like mango dust and graham cracker, and the secrets about gluten and red velvet.
