Plot Synopsis

To learn about humanity, Thomas Morton hangs out with different groups of people and gives their lives a try. In each half-hour episode of BALLS DEEP, Morton immerses himself in a different culture, including the Pentecostal tent revival in Arkansas, where he sees how the holy spirit stacks up against secular temptations like drugs, movies, and sleeping in on Sunday. Viceland released the "Tent Preachin'" episode on its YouTube channel on Wednesday, February 24, 2016, before airing the same program as a television sneak peek on Monday, February 29 at 9pm ET/PT and as the official television series premiere on Wednesday, March 2 at 11pm. Season 2 of BALLS DEEP premiered on Thursday, October 27, 2016 at 10pm ET/PT on Viceland. In the season opener, "Seniors," the retirees of Hallandale, Florida's Lake Point Tower keep their golden years nice and busy.

On Thursday, December 29, 2016 at 10pm ET/PT, Viceland premiered the Season 2 finale of BALLS DEEP. In the one-hour season ender, "Mr. Banks Goes to Washington (w/ Michelle Obama)," special guest First Lady Michelle Obama joins Thomas Morton as they explore the issues facing veterans today.
