Plot Synopsis

A young man reluctantly takes over the family business after his father is arrested for shifty accounting practices. He is forced to help his wildly eccentric family pick up the pieces. More than seven years after it finished its run on FOX, ARRESTED DEVELOPMENT returned for its fourth season at Midnight PT on Saturday, May 25, 2013, when Netflix released 15 all-new episodes. Earlier that same day at 6am ET, IFC began running all 53 episodes from Seasons 1, 2 and 3 back-to-back. On Tuesday, May 29, 2018 at 3:01am ET/12:01am PT, Netflix released the first eight episodes of ARRESTED DEVELOPMENT's fifth season. As the Bluths continue to make a mess of their personal and professional lives, Michael again can't quite abandon the family that makes him miserable. In the season opener, "Family Leave," surprises greet Michael at the penthouse and Sudden Valley. George-Michael confides in Maeby, who's trying to avoid Sudden Valley.
