Plot Synopsis

Host Natalie Forte travels across the United States, looking for hidden gems and local favorites in various American cities. In each 30-minute episode, Natalie visits a different restaurant, including: Seviche in Louisville, KY, where Chef Anthony Lamas serves Southern comfort food mingled with Latin-inspired flavors; The Root Restaurant & Bar in Michigan, where Executive Chef James Rigato features Lake Superior white fish, pierogi and farro salad; and many other restaurants across North America. After airing 13 episodes in syndication during the 2011-2012 television season with two hosts, Ted Brunson and Natalie, AMERICA'S BEST BITES returned with all-new episodes -- this time without Ted -- on Cooking Channel on Saturday, April 19, 2013 at 4:30pm ET.
