Plot Synopsis

Each year since 2010, the AMERICAN COUNTRY AWARDS has given fans the opportunity to vote for their favorite artists -- not only in traditional categories, but also in previously unrecognized areas of the business, such as touring. In 2012, the awards program added Song of the Year to its list of honors, which Eric Church won for "Springsteen."

Hosted by Trace Adkins and Danica Patrick, the 2013 telecast aired live on FOX from Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas on Monday, December 10 from 8-10pm ET live/PT tape-delayed. The 2013 AMERICAN COUNTRY AWARDS featured performances by Brad Paisley, Lady Antebellum, Florida Georgia Line, Jake Owen, Kellie Pickler, Sheryl Crow & Darius Rucker, LeAnn Rimes, Justin Moore, Randy Houser and Thomas Rhett. Scheduled presenters included Trevor Brazile, Shada Brazile, Sara Evans, Billy Gibbons, Cowboy Troy, Big Smo, Dan King, Scotty McCreery, Matthew Morrison, Thompson Square, Chris Young, Carrie Keagan, Olivia Newton-John, Joe Nichols, Lauren Alaina, Clay Walker and Parmalee.
