Plot Synopsis

Based on characters from the ADVENTURE TIME franchise, ADVENTURE TIME: FIONNA & CAKE is a 10-episode animated series set in the land of Ooo and follows the alternate universe versions of Finn the Human and Jake the Dog on a multiverse-hopping journey towards self-discovery. When Fionna the Human and her sidekick Cake the Cat find themselves in the crosshairs of a powerful new foe, they have no choice but to seek the help of former Ice King Simon Petrikov. The first two half-hour episodes of ADVENTURE TIME: FIONNA & CAKE dropped on Thursday, August 31, 2023 on Max, with two new installments debuting weekly through September 28.

On Thursday, September 28, 2023, Max released the final two episodes of ADVENTURE TIME: FIONNA & CAKE. In the penultimate episode, "Casper & Nova," Fionna and Cake, returning to a familiar land, look toward an uncertain tomorrow and deal with an invasion. Meanwhile, Simon finds himself spirited away to the last place he expected. Then, in the finale, "Cheers," as Simon battles his demons to obtain the artifact, Fionna, Cake, and their friends join forces in a final bid to protect their world from the Scarab.
