Chuck – "Chuck Versus the American Hero" (3/29/2010)    

Chuck receives details about his new operation in Rome, but has second thoughts about leaving Sarah behind. Awesome, Casey, and Morgan team up to help distract Shaw while Chuck makes his move, unaware that the Ring is actually trying to abduct Shaw at the same time. As Sarah is forced to consider her feelings, Shaw meets the leader of the Ring and learns who killed his wife.  

 

24 – "Day 8: 5:00AM – 6:00AM" (3/29/2010)

 

Dana updates the terrorists on CTU's defense strategies while trying to avoid Chloe's watchful eye. Samir calls the President and demands that the government hand over President Hassan or the nuclear rods will be detonated. Despite the President's refusal, Rob and General Brucker plan to have President Hassan handed over. Jack supervises the operation to evacuate the Hassan family and prepares for the possibility of an ambush.  

 

Damages – "Tell Me I'm Not Racist" (3/29/2010)

 

Ellen confides in Nick about her work with Patty on the Tessa Marchetti case and intervenes to convince Tessa to come in and talk to Patty again. While looking into her sister's case, Ellen discovers that she has been lying and decides not to help her. Ellen sees a woman in her dreams and suspects that it may be her mother. Marilyn is denied permission to attend a charity trip, and Leonard's father continues to plague his life.

Human Target – "Tanarak" (3/31/2010)

 

Chance travels to Alaska to help a doctor whose attempts to find the cause of a miner's death has led the local police to track her down and silence her. Winston is nervous about the job because he and Guerrero aren't well connected in Alaska. Stranded on Tanarak Island, Chance and Dr. Jessica Shaw decide to stick around to find tangible proof of the mining company's deadly misdeeds.  

 

Modern Family – "Game Changer" (3/31/2010)

 

Phil is excited that the iPad is being released on his birthday, and Claire volunteers to get up early and go get it for him. When she oversleeps and arrives at the store only to find it out of stock, she enlists the help of her children to locate an iPad before the day is up. Jay discovers that his family may be letting him win at chess. Mitchell wants to learn how to fight, and Cameron gets caught up in the affairs of his neighbors after hearing them over the baby monitor.  

 

FlashForward – "Better Angels" (4/1/2010)

 

The team lands in Somalia and is promptly apprehended by a killer who knows a good deal about the blackout but is more interested in uncovering the reason for their presence. Mark believes that figuring out what his daughter saw in her flashback is crucial, and learns that she heard someone saying that he was dead. Bryce and Nicole discover more about each other while Olivia and Janis struggle with the inevitability of their respective futures.
