Plot Synopsis
Based on the novella ''A Travesty'' by Donald E. Westlake. A small-time film critic accidentally kills his girlfriend. Instead of calling the police and accepting responsibility, he pretends he wasn't there. His amoral past behavior -adultery, larceny, finally starts to catch up with him when a quirky detective gets on his case.
