Plot Synopsis

Based on the novel by Sandra Brown. Homicide detective Sgt. Duncan Hatcher and his partner, Det. Deedee Bowen, get caught up in the investigation of a corrupt judge. Further complicating matters, Hatcher becomes romantically involved with the judge's wife, Elise. When Elise tells him that her husband is trying to kill her, it only adds more suspicion to the list. The two detectives soon find their careers and lives on the line when the case leads to murder and betrayal in high-society Savannah.
