Plot Synopsis

Based on the short story "November Christmas" by Greg Coppa. In the summer of 1965, a family with two small children move to a small Rhode Island town and find fitting into the community isn't so easy. But things change when their young daughter, Vanessa, becomes seriously ill and her father finds an unlikely ally in his farmer neighbor Jess. The two find they have something in common and join forces to bring the sick child Halloween in August, and Christmas in November, with Jess enlisting friends in town to join the cause, and by doing so, mending his own old bridges of friendship. They all learn that Christmas doesn't have to come only once a year.
