Plot Synopsis
Based on the novel ''Don't Die, My Love'' by Lurlene McDaniel. A high school girl falls in love with a star athlete of whom her parents disapprove. When he is stricken with cancer she sticks by his side, deepening the bond between them. She must face the hard realities of love and loss when he dies after numerous treatments fail.
