Plot Synopsis
Based on the book by Joan Ryan. A 14 year old gymnast and Olympic hopeful endures abusive coaches, brutal training schedules, chronic eating disorders and grueling competition that tests both her physical and emotional endurance. Her mother eventually sees that her daughter's coach and his ''win-at-all-costs'' attitude has dangerous side effects. She becomes determined to help her daughter realize her dream in a less stressful environment.
