Plot Synopsis
In 2001 Houston, Texas Tropical Storm Allison causes massive flooding and plunges Memorial Hermann Hospital into catastrophic darkness. Doctors, nurses, municipal workers and volunteers race against the clock to get almost 600 patients to safety, including a premature baby struggling for life as well as a little girl and her mother severely hurt in a car accident.
