Plot Synopsis
In 1993, flood waters from the rising Mississippi River had already devastated St. Louis and now threaten the picturesque town of Belfield, Missouri. A widower farmer, his two daughters and his former girlfriend work side by side to inspire the folks of Belfield to band together and defeat the river's rage. While battling the rising waters the two former lovers rekindle their romance.
