Plot Synopsis

Based on the book by Jane Stern. For years Jane Stern and her husband Mark have built a successful career together as popular food writers. But behind the public persona, their marriage is crumbling. Depressed, Jane decides it's time for a change and trains to be volunteer EMT. Although tired and out of shape she struggles to keep up with her younger colleague she eventually completes her intense training. By rescuing others she is able to save her marriage with her new found understanding and renewed feelings of empowerment.
