Plot Synopsis

Based on the novel by Stephen King. In a small Maine town a writer tries to confront his childhood demons by writing a book about the town and its inhabitants. He soon discovers something evil festering in the picture-perfect hamlet and it seems to be emanating from the ominous Marsten House, where as a child he had a horrifying experience. As strange deaths begin to occur, he and other town members, begin to uncover the terrifying truth....vampires threaten to destroy the town's way of life.
