Plot Synopsis
Based on the book by Ann Rule. In 1995, prominent and married Delaware attorney Thomas Capano meets and pursues Anne Marie Fahey, a charming but emotionally fragile governors aide who then mysteriously disappears in 1996. Capano soon becomes the primary suspect... as mounting evidence points to his involvement in her murder. Arrogant and devious he uses all means to thwart his prosecution but is ultimately convicted of first degree murder after a sensational trial in 1999.
