Plot Synopsis

The United Football League (UFL) is spring American football league that resulted from the merger of the XFL and USFL in late 2023. The inaugural season for the UFL kicked off on Saturday, March 30, 2024 with a game between the Arlington Renegades (2023 XFL champions) and Birmingham Stallions (2023 USFL champions).

The 2025 UFL season kicks off on Friday, March 28, at 8pm ET/5pm PT when FOX Sports debuts FOXUFL Friday -- a new night dedicated to UFL action taking place each Friday during the 10-week regular season -- with a matchup featuring the St. Louis Battlehawks against the Houston Roughnecks. The league's second season concludes on Saturday, June 14, when ABC presents the 2025 UFL Championship Game. n addition to games televised on FOX, ABC, ESPN, ESPN2, FS1, FOX Deportes, and ESPN Deportes this season, FOX games will stream on the FOX Sports App. Games on ABC and ESPN platforms also will be streamed on ESPN+.
