Plot Synopsis

HEAD CASE is an unscripted sitcom about Dr. Elizabeth Goode, a fictitious, unapologetically frank, Tinseltown therapist, and her celebrity patients. Although her methods are a little unorthodox and even though her problems are often worse than those of her clients, she has become the "it" shrink for the stars and her office is filled with a who's who from the world of entertainment, sports and music. Celebrity guests who appeared as themselves include: Rosanna Arquette, Andy Dick, Ione Skye, Lea Thompson, Richard Kind, James Denton, David Alan Grier, Greg Grunberg, Monica Potter, Joel Madden, Christopher Lloyd, Jason Lewis, Jonathan Silverman, Jennifer Finnigan, Ahmet Zappa, Trudie Styler, Cindy Margolis and Jeff Goldblum. In the 2009 season, Dr. Goode's patient list is quite impressive: Jerry Seinfeld, Spice Girl Geri Halliwell, Kevin Nealon, Jeff Probst, Tori Spelling and hubby Dean McDermott, Melina Kanakaredes, and Hugh Hefner with one time girlfriend Bridget Marquardt.
