Plot Synopsis

This one-hour reality series follows a group of country music artists and industry insiders in Nashville, Tennessee, as their personal and professional lives intertwine in the Music City. CRAZY HEARTS: NASHVILLE chronicles the love lives and music careers of these eight people: Anthony Billups, a singer/songwriter with a heart of gold, who is part owner of The Building, one of Nashville's newest destinations for budding talent; Amy Wilcox, Anthony's ex-girlfriend, who hopes to hit it big after opening for Kellie Pickler; Leroy Powell, Anthony's best friend and country rocker, who has toured with the likes of ZZ Top and Lynyrd Skynyrd; Lee Holyfield, Leroy's ex-girlfriend, who is the daughter of legendary songwriter Wayland Holyfield and wants to follow in her dad's footsteps; Hannah Fairlight, a songwriter from Atlanta, who is already shaking things up, even though she's been in town for only a few months; Jimmy Stanley, a cowboy crooner and bartender at Bluebird Cafe, who is ready to take the stage; April Nemeth, Jimmy's manager and girlfriend, who hopes to survive her decision to mix business with pleasure; and Heather Byrd, a music insider, who is often seen on the red carpet. CRAZY HEARTS: NASHVILLE premiered on Wednesday, January 15, 2014 at 11pm ET/PT on A&E, before moving to its regular timeslot, Thursdays at 10pm ET/PT, the following day.
