Plot Synopsis

Just like MAN VS. WILD, Bear Grylls puts himself in potentially life-threatening situations and uses his training and resourcefulness to demonstrate how to survive worst case scenarios like dog attacks, shark attacks, muggers, failing elevators, failing car brakes, burning wrecks, car crashes, sinking cars, blackouts, earthquakes, and more. Relying solely on advice and instruction from experts, Grylls escapes a multitude of deadly circumstances, proving that anyone equipped with the right knowledge can survive almost anything. In each 30-minute episode, Grylls teaches viewers the skills needed to succeed in urban survival situations and prepares viewers so they know exactly what to do in these situations, especially since a little bit of knowledge is often the difference between life and death.
