Plot Synopsis

Blending live action and animation, THE WORKOUT BADGES is a short-form fitness series for preschoolers that features "The Body Coach" Joe Wicks and animated characters from HEY DUGGEE, as they lead children in energetic workouts. There's lots to explore and learn along the way as the squirrels and children get their hearts pumping and their energy flowing in the hope of earning a coveted Workout Badge. During the show, Joe and Hey Duggee encourage their young audience to join them in different exercise routines. Each instructional video is guided by Joe and a group of school kids that "interact" with Hey Duggee animation. The show features animation of HEY DUGGEE characters responding to, and copying the exercise moves.
