Plot Synopsis

After surrendering to Bogota police, ex-guerrilla Jhon Jeiver avoids prison by working undercover to investigate a ruthless enforcer of government corruption. The series opens with Jhon giving himself up to officials, reuniting with his long-lost family, and accepting an undercover mission in exchange for immunity. To get close to Apache, Jhon seeks work from a team of mercenaries, who test him ruthlessly. Prosecutor Leon forges an alliance with a TV reporter. Mario has his first day at his new school. Jhon starts working for Total Security, but Apache's right-hand man Cabeto is mistrustful and tails him. Apache is sent to bribe Prosecutor Leon. A child is abducted from Mario's school. Jhon and Veronica try going on a different kind of date. Netflix released the 10-episode first season on Friday, October 19, 2018 at 3:01am ET/12:01am PT.

Season 2 of WILD DISTRICT premiered on Friday, November 8, 2019 at 3:01am ET/12:01am PT, as Netflix released the entire 10-episode new season. Still working as a hitman, JJ tries to assimilate into civilian life. Daniela's campaign for president is plagued with practical and ethical challenges. Early in the second season, JJ goes to buy missiles in Venezuela and ends up in jail, tortured. After going after her rivals at the presidential debate, Daniela's numbers improve.
