Plot Synopsis

From spontaneous combustion and UFO sightings to strange loud sounds, possible curses and peculiar afflictions, each 60-minute episode highlights a single, unexplainable experience, such as Texas Blue Dogs, Mothman, Alien Rain, The Ghost Yacht, Morgellon's Disease, the strange disappearance of Australian pilot Frederick Valentich, and much more.

THE UNEXPLAINED FILES returned for its second season on Tuesday, July 29, 2014 at 10pm ET/PT. Season 2 features a number of factual stories from around the globe, venturing to Bosnia-Herzegovina where a geologist claims to have found pyramids that predate the ancient pyramids of Egypt by 7,000 years. The Season 2 opener features a participant reveals his experience in the real exorcism that inspires the movie THE EXORCIST and a mystery involving over 100 elk found dead in a 24-hour period.
