Plot Synopsis

This four-episode series goes behind-the-scenes to show the inner workings of the Red Wings/Maple Leafs rivalry leading up to the 2014 Bridgestone NHL Winter Classic, which will be played January 1, 2014 at the University of Michigan football stadium (Ann Arbor, MI). As with previous NHL installments of 24/7, this series provides exclusive behind-the-scenes access, along with in-depth interviews with coaches, players and front-office personnel, as the two teams battle through their December schedules, face off on December 21, 2013 in Toronto, and meet in the first NHL game at the Big House in Ann Arbor for the Winter Classic. The series finale debuts three days after the Classic, with cameras tracking all the drama and excitement surrounding the Red Wings and Maple Leafs on game day.
