Plot Synopsis

The mission begins as Bumblebee must step up to be leader in the years after viewers last saw the Autobots in TRANSFORMERS PRIME. Summoned by Optimus Prime to save Earth from a new faction of Decepticons, Bumblebee puts his mettle to the test after he unexpectedly finds himself saddled with a team of young Autobots action heroes. Bumblebee must balance his job fighting off evil with being equal parts squad leader and coach to a rascally band that needs constant coaxing to learn how to work together. The results are comical when the group -- a cool rebel, Sideswipe; an elite guard cadet, Strongarm; a bombastic dinobot, Grimlock; and an excitable mini-con, Fixit -- must balance team-building with chasing and capturing their new enemies. Cartoon Network premiered this series on Saturday, March 14, 2015 at 6pm ET/PT, showing the two-part pilot as back-to-back half-hour episodes.
