Plot Synopsis

Narrated by Paul Rudd, TINY WORLD is a half-hour documentary series that spotlights small creatures and the extraordinary things they do to move, eat, mate, and survive. Using brand new camera technology to see the world through the eyes of the smallest animals, each 30-minute episode focuses on a different environment, including: the African savannah, a giant jungle tree, Caribbean islands, Australia's Outback, the forest, and backyard gardens. On Friday, October 2, 2020 at 3:01am ET/12:01am PT, Apple TV+ released the first six episodes of TINY WORLD.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Apple TV+ released the six-episode second season of TINY WORLD on Friday, April 16, 2021, narrated again by Paul Rudd. Captured on film for the first time are anemone shrimp, which clap to signal their intent as cleaners of predatory fish; the "biting" behavior of fang blenny fish, filmed in slow-motion with unprecedented use of phantom high-speed cameras; and Etruscan shrews, known to be the hungriest mammals on earth. Season 2 focuses on meadows, deserts, ponds, rainforests, reefs, and dunes.
